The successful candidate will provide consulting for the design and operation of SIAM and ecosystem processes. The role supports the implementation and management of ITIL processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Level Management as a subject matter resource on service process issues. This position reports to the SIAM delivery organization.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skillset in ITSM, ITIL and SIAM, work with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of stakeholders, and build CGS capabilities in this practice while serving our clients.
