We are seeking an experienced Client Services Coordinator for managing clients’ telecom bills and interfacing with clients about them. on a Part-Time or Full-Time basis.

The position includes working with clients, telecom providers, and other staff members to address the following responsibilities: 

• Answering clients’ questions about the status of the invoice entrees by phone & email
• Performing data entry, quality assurance of data entry, and calling telecom providers for clarifying issues. A prior understanding of telecom bills would be a great asset.
• Updating client’s telecom inventory in our ManageRight software
• Creating reports for clients from our ManageRight software
• Organizing and managing meetings
• Scanning and filing of documents. 
• Candidate must be reliable, punctual and demonstrate attention to detail. 
• Able to work independently, as well as work well with others. 
• Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
• Data Entry experience is ideal

Minimum education level of a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Compensation will be based on your qualifications and experience.
