Search Simplified is seeking motivated and hard-working Business Development Consultants to join our growing team. If you are ready to join the exciting and rewarding career path of sales, with the opportunity to oversee your own territory and unlimited earning potential and growth, this is the ideal opportunity for you! 

Requirements:

• High school diploma and/or current college student
• Must be highly organized, with charismatic and varied communication style.
• Strong cold-calling and lead generation capabilities preferred.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be a self-starter with good time management skills
• Effective negotiating and closing skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Independent prospecting of lead opportunities that will drive new revenue streams and new customers
• Develop and maintain a full funnel of prospects and properly track prospects through the funnel using internal tools
• Target and build relationships with potential clients within local markets
• Develop leads and sales opportunities and follow through with defined sales plan
• Report business development and sales activity

As a Sales Professional you will have a home office and will be provided a laptop as this position is 100% remote.

COMPENSATION: Uncapped Commission Structure
